Therapeutic Exercises and Rehab in Sarasota
Targeted exercises intended to support the strength and stability affected by your injury.

Active care is a common part of conservative treatment for spine and joint complaints, and guidelines generally support exercise for many musculoskeletal conditions. When it is appropriate, patients at Bretz Chiropractic may be given a home program built around their examination findings, goals, and daily life. Programs are kept short and specific, and they are adjusted as your capacity changes.
What may be included
Depending on the diagnosis, a program may include deep-neck-flexor work, directional preference exercises for some disc-related pain, core and hip strengthening for low back complaints, scapular work for shoulder pain, and mobility drills. Exercises are demonstrated in person and sent home with written or video guidance.
Why it is part of care
What you do between visits matters, and exercise is one of the better-supported components of conservative musculoskeletal care. That said, no program can promise that pain will not return, and exercises should be modified if they clearly aggravate symptoms.
